SALES EXECUTIVE
1. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
- You will be responsible for developing the company’s products (Sea-export for US, Asia, EU main ports).
- You must be motivated to get the best buying rates from vendors and sell to potential customers, quick and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high performance standards.
2. DUTIES AND TASKS:
Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct planning and follow up in line with company objectives, strategies, and target.
- Making daily phone calls to update customer’s demand & hunt business with them.
- Regular meeting customers to understand business requirements and address those needs by all means.
- Together with Sales Supervisor, building up buying table for Commercial Team, update and follow market trend
- Working closely with Carriers, Co-loaders to get the best rates
- Promoting Ocean & Air Freight, Inland Trucking, Custom Clearance, Warehouse, and other services to customers, partners
- Exploring new business
- Regular updates of market intelligence, quotations, presentations, concepts…
- Hitting Sales target & KPIs set by the Management
- Others
- Co-ordinate with cross-function departments
- Strictly follow company guidelines and policies.
3. REQUIREMENT
- Health in good condition
- Experienced in Sales at Forwarding & Logistics Field for at least 1-2 years
- Graduated in marketing, business management, logistics, or any related fields.
- Good at computer skills: Microsoft Office 365
- Intermediate English or higher, able to communicate
- Adapt to market trend & business acumen
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

- Official working hours are Monday to Friday (8h00 – 17h30), Saturday mornings work from home (Saturday is a backup working day)
